Dr. Figueiredo completed his studies as a surgeon doctor at the Universidad de los Andes, in Mérida, Venezuela, from 1996 to 2002.
He completed his MIR in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology at the University Hospital of Getafe – Madrid, Spain, from May 2008 to May 2013.
He is specialized in foot and hand surgery and pathology, and he has more than 10 years of experience in the sector.

He has worked in different hospitals in Madrid as an Orthopedic and Traumatology Surgeon, such as the Hospital Sur Alcorcón of the CAPIO group (May 2013 to Sept. 2013), Hospital Quirón Salud Sur Alcorcón (Sept. 2013 to Aug. 2017), Hospital Rey Juan Carlos I (as head of the Foot and Ankle Unit from Sept. 2013 to the present) and Traumafive SLP, a company dedicated to the health field (as a partner and Orthopedic and Traumatology Surgeon from Jul. 2018 to the present).
