Dr. Casas completed his studies as a general surgeon at the University of Carabobo, Aragua Nucleus, “Witremundo Torrealba” School of Medicine, Venezuela.
He did his residency in Traumatology (2 years), from December 1998 to December 2000 at the Venezuelan Social Security Institute, José A. Vargas Hospital, Venezuela.
He also completed his postgraduate residency in Traumatology and Orthopedics (3 years), from December 2000 to December 2003, at the Ministry of Health and Social Assistance, Autonomous Service of the Central Hospital of Maracay, Health Corporation of the State of Aragua, Venezuela.
Work experience:
Dr. Casas has extensive professional experience in both Venezuela and Spain as an Emergency Doctor in Traumatology and Orthopedics, Assistant Doctor in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology activities, and Doctor in Traumatology consultations.
He has worked in different Hospitals in Madrid and other communities, such as Hospital Vithas Madrid La Milagrosa (Sept. 2017 to Oct. 2020), Clinica Solcot, Madrid and Cuenca (Aug. 2017 to present), Hispamedic Medical Centers, Madrid (Aug. 2018 to present), Hospital HUM Sanchinarro (Feb. 2021 to present), Hospital Universitario HLA Moncloa, Madrid (Jan. 2022 to present) and Clínica Wellcare Médica Illescas, Illescas (Jun. 2019 to Feb. 2020).
